A note on "POPIA Compliance"
Every other SA legal software vendor claims "POPIA Compliant" without formal certification from the Information Regulator. We don't. Nobody has that certification — claiming it without one is a misrepresentation the IR can fine you for.
What we DO have: a POPIA-aware architecture with audit logging (Section 30 access requests), 2FA, role-based access control, SA data residency, and local AI inference (no client data leaves SA jurisdiction). The firm-level POPIA policies (Information Officer, retention schedules, breach response) are yours to own — and our compliance AI tool can audit your documents for gaps in 30 seconds.
Pricing FAQ
How does annual billing work?
Pay annually and get 2 months free (10 months billed, 12 months of service). For example, Small Firm annual is R29,990/year (vs R35,988 if billed monthly) — a saving of R5,988/year. Annual billing is configured at checkout.
Are there any setup fees?
No. Solo and Small Firm plans: no setup fee. Medium and Large Firm plans: we include data migration, custom branding, and team training at no additional cost. We don't charge exit fees either.
What happens if I cancel?
You own your data. Cancel anytime, and we export everything (clients, cases, documents, trust transactions) to a portable format. Download link valid for 30 days, then permanent deletion. No exit fees.
Do AI features cost extra?
No. All 21 AI tools are included in every plan, with no per-user AI fees. AI runs locally via Ollama on your server — no OpenAI/Anthropic API costs, no POPIA Section 72 cross-border transfer concerns. You need a 4GB+ RAM VPS for AI features; without Ollama, the system gracefully degrades (other features still work). See system requirements.
